一、项目背景与战略定位
河南偃师府店镇南侧白云岩矿山区域，曾因灰岩矿到期关停形成生态治理需求。某央企投资建设年产2000万吨砂石骨料项目，旨在通过资源综合利用实现矿山生态修复与可持续发展。黎明重工科技与中国电建合作，为该项目提供核心破碎筛分设备及系统解决方案，推动传统砂石行业向绿色化、智能化转型。

河南洛阳白云岩破碎生产线这里是河南洛阳白云岩碎石生产线现场，位于洛阳新安县，加工物料为白云岩，2023年投产，成品为0-3.6毫米，3.6－5毫米等砂石骨料。2023年9月23日，我公司服务工程师对项目进行回访。该破碎生产线采用世邦工业破碎设备，PEW860欧版颚式破碎机初破，HST250单缸液压圆锥破碎机、HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机细碎，VSI6X1150白云岩制砂机整形制砂，经圆振动筛筛分，综合时产250吨左右。
二、核心技术方案与设备配置
工艺路线设计
采用全封闭生产模式，结合多级除尘技术，实现粉尘达标排放。
以两段破碎+一级筛分工艺为核心，配置颚式破碎机、反击式破碎机及制砂机，形成好的破碎筛分系统。
智能化控制系统实现设备运行参数实时监控与远程操作，保障生产稳定性。
关键设备选型
黎明重工科技：提供PE600×750颚式破碎机、CI5X1630反击式破碎机及VSI6X1263制砂机，设备处理能力达500吨/小时，满足项目产能需求。
世邦集团：配置F5X1360振动给料机、C6X125颚式破碎机及CI5X1630反击式破碎机，形成完整破碎筛分系统。

 

值得一提的是，项目团队通过数字化管理平台，实现了爆破、开采、加工、运输全链条的数据互通，单班产量突破1.3万吨，创下系统投产后的新记录。这种"智能协同+精细运营"的模式，正在被更多矿业企业借鉴。

未来展望
随着"十四五"期间国家对矿产资源开发利用要求的持续提高，世邦集团将持续深化技术创新：一方面强化与科研院所的合作，开发低能耗、高寿命的新型破碎部件；另一方面探索"光伏+破碎"的能源耦合方案，推动生产线碳中和进程。

在偃师东山项目的成功基础上，世邦集团将进一步推广模块化设计与智慧运维系统，让更多矿山客户以更小的投入获得更好的的绿色生产体验，共同书写"绿水青山就是金山银山"的产业新篇。
