一、项目背景
在山东临沂平邑县的花岗岩矿山地质环境治理区，一座好的、环保的花岗岩碎石制砂生产线成功投产并稳定运行。该项目是在原有花岗岩矿山修复基础上的资源化利用工程，旨在实现对废弃石料的绿色加工，同时兼顾生态修复，"矿山治理+砂石生产"可持续发展模式。

二、综合治理与资源再生
本项目严格依照《花岗岩矿山地质环境治理工程设计方案》实施，分两阶段推进生态修复：

    一期工程（2020.4-2020.10）：治理面积290亩，完成危岩清理、废石渣外运及场地平整；
    二期工程（2021.4起）：扩展至647亩，深化边坡防护、栽种侧柏及播撒草种，实现矿区复绿。

创新点：矿山修复过程中产生的花岗岩尾料（原废弃石渣）被重新利用，通过好的破碎制砂设备转化为精品砂石骨料（0-5mm、5-10mm规格）及铁路道砟石（10-31.5mm），资源综合利用率超95%。

三、核心设备与工艺流程
1. 主要设备配置（均由世邦集团提供）

    粗碎阶段：1台C6X145颚式破碎机 —— 处理大块花岗岩（进料粒度≤1100mm），抗压强度达300MPa；
    中细碎阶段：HST315单缸圆锥破+3台HPT300多缸圆锥破 —— 层压破碎技术保障成品低针片状率（<8%）；
    制砂整形：VSI6X1263立轴冲击破 —— 采用四口转子设计，成品砂细度模数可调（2.4-3.0）；
    筛分分级：5台S5X圆振动筛 —— 多规格同步筛分，筛分效率≥90%。

2. 产能与成品

    时产600吨，年产能可达150万吨（按年工作250天计）；
    成品应用：
        精品骨料 → 商混站、预制构件
        道砟石 → 铁路、公路路基

四、环保与经济双效益

    环境效益
        消除矿区滑坡隐患，植被覆盖率恢复至60%以上；
        全封闭生产线配置脉冲除尘系统，粉尘排放<10mg/m³，优于国标。
