这里是2023年6月的广西贵港鹅卵石制砂生产线，位于平南县官成镇，平南县位于贵港市东北部发现锰、铜、铅、锌、金、铀、稀土矿等，水资源丰富，河流众多。该制砂生产线破碎设备来自黎明重工，600*900颚式破碎机HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机VSI6X1150制砂机等破碎制砂，成品细腻圆润，级配合理，综合时产200吨左右。

广西贵港平南鹅卵石制砂项目的落地，是当地绿色建材产业发展案例。该项目位于平南县官成镇，依托当地丰富的鹅卵石资源和便利的水运条件，采用黎明重工全套破碎设备，包括PE600×900颚式破碎机、HPT300多缸液压圆锥破和VSI6X1150制砂机组成的三级破碎工艺。生产线综合时产达200吨，成品砂粒形圆润、级配连续，更好适配高标准混凝土用砂需求。

与新疆鹅卵石项目相比，采用"颚破+圆锥破+立轴制砂机"的经典配置，引入多缸液压圆锥破作为中碎设备，其层压破碎原理使鹅卵石的针片状含量降低15%，配合VSI6X制砂机的"石打石"破碎模式，最终成品含粉量控制在5%-7%的理想区间。这种工艺组合在广西水利枢纽工程中获得验证，生产的机制砂压碎值低于20%，MB值小于1.0，完全达到Ⅱ类建设用砂标准。

平南县作为西江黄金水道节点，项目通过皮带廊道直连码头，采用"水陆联运"模式将砂石骨料辐射至粤港澳大湾区。"前港后厂"模式在降低物流成本方面的优势。目前该生产线年消化鹅卵石约60万吨，在保护天然河砂资源的同时，实现了经济效益与生态效益的双赢。
