云浮郁南，西江从镇边流过。

江面上跑着运砂船，目的地是珠三角的工地。但几年前，这条江边的人愁的不是船，是料。河砂禁采之后，天然砂越来越少，大湾区的基建项目却一个接一个上马。

他们手里有外购的河卵石，也有花岗岩。块头不小，大的有三四十公分。要求也明确：做成5毫米以下的水洗机制砂，时产得达到五百吨左右。原料硬度高，场地又紧挨着江边，布局不能铺得太开。找了几家方案，不是产能对不上，就是流程太长、占地太大。项目负责人后来说，那段时间“料堆在码头，方案定不下来，每天的成本都在往上走”。

黎明重工的团队到了现场，看了原料，测了场地，跟客户来回谈了好几轮。客户的要求始终没变——工艺别太复杂，设备要稳，产量得够。

最终的方案听起来确实不复杂：一台颚破负责粗碎，两台圆锥破做中细碎，三台制砂机管整形制砂。但“不复杂”这三个字，落到设备选型上，每一步都有讲究。

好的关是粗碎。三四十公分的河卵石和花岗岩，得先“啃”下来。PE900×1200颚式破碎机进场，进料口够宽，块石直接往里倒就行。它的任务是把大块头嚼成中等粒度，给后面的设备备好料。这一步不花哨，但稳不稳，直接决定整条线能不能跑顺。

真正的考验在中碎环节。河卵石和花岗岩都硬，用传统的反击破去砸，锤头磨损快得让人头疼，运行成本压不下来。两台HPT500多缸液压圆锥破接手了这个活儿。

这台设备用的是一种叫“层压破碎”的思路。简单说，物料在破碎腔里不是被锤子一下下砸碎的，而是靠动锥和定锥之间的挤压，让石块之间互相“碾”碎。这种方式对硬物料特别管用，磨损件消耗低，出来的料粒形也规整，针片状的少。两台HPT500同时跑，中碎环节的产能跟前面颚破的出料完全对得上，中间不用堆料等料。

但圆锥破出来的料，离“砂”还差一步。粒形虽然比反击破好，棱角还是偏多，直接拿去拌混凝土，和易性和强度都打折扣。

三台VSI6X1263制砂机就是来解决这个问题的。它用的是“石打石”的原理——物料进到高速旋转的叶轮里，被甩出去，跟破碎腔里的物料衬层对撞。撞的过程既是破碎，也是打磨，把棱角磨圆，把粒形整顺。三台并联跑，制砂的通过量对五百吨的产能目标来说，留了余地。

筛分和洗选也没落下。几台振动筛负责把合格的砂分出来，不合格的返回去重新破碎，形成闭路循环。洗砂机和细砂回收机把成品砂表面的泥粉洗掉，出来的就是能直接装船的水洗砂。

设备配置其实就三层：颚破粗碎、圆锥破中细碎、制砂机整形。没有多余的环节，也没有堆砌花哨的工艺。但每一层用的设备，都是冲着河卵石和花岗岩这两种硬料去的。正如项目负责人说的，“整个生产线工艺并不复杂，用的是非常成熟的两款设备”。

云浮这几年一直在推绿色建材产业，郁南靠着西江水运的优势，建材企业扎堆。这条线不是当地最大的项目，但它每天稳稳定定跑出来的五百吨砂，顺着西江运到大湾区的工地上，实实在在补上了一块缺口。

设备选型这件事，说到底不是比谁的产品线长、谁的方案炫。是把石头吃透，把料性摸清，然后选对那几台机器。剩下的，交给时间。
