一、项目背景与技术挑战
包头磁铁矿地处内蒙古核心矿区，矿石硬度f=12-14，磁性铁含量35%-45%，属于典型的中低品位磁铁矿。原400t/h生产线长期面临以下技术瓶颈：

    破碎环节：现有设备难以适应高硬度矿石，衬板磨损快（寿命仅450小时），圆锥破主轴故障率高；
    分级效率：-13mm合格粒级占比不足65%，磨矿能耗超标；
    金属回收率：整体回收率仅72%，较行业先进水平低8-10个百分点。

二、系统性改造方案
（一）破碎系统升级

    粗碎工段：配置C6X145颚式破碎机

    采用重型锻造主轴（Φ220mm）
    V型破碎腔设计，啮角优化至22°
    双向液压调整系统（调节速度3mm/s）
    处理能力提升至650t/h

    中细碎工段：HST250圆锥破组合

    三层液压保护系统（清腔/过铁/过载）
    主轴转速自适应控制（200-350rpm可调）
    智能衬板磨损监测（精度±2mm）
    配备专用除铁装置（磁场强度12000Gs）

（二）分级工艺创新

    预筛分系统：S5X3075-3T高频筛

    筛分效率η≥92%
    采用聚氨酯筛网（寿命3000小时）
    振幅/频率在线调节

    返料控制系统：

    实现-20mm粒级预先分级
    中碎循环负荷稳定在35%-45%
    细碎闭路循环量降低28%
