重庆涪陵区珍溪镇依托丰富的石灰岩资源，建成了一条现代化碎石制砂生产线。该生产线采用黎明重工的核心破碎筛分设备，以高标准、好的率的生产模式，实现了石灰石资源的高附加值转化。项目分两期建设，一期年产600万吨好的骨料项目已于2022年4月投产，二期年产150万吨机制砂项目也在有序推进中。项目建成后，不仅满足了当地及周边地区对高品质砂石骨料的旺盛需求，也为绿色矿山建设和资源集约化利用提供了示范。

二、项目概况
重庆涪陵石灰石制砂生产线位于珍溪镇，当地石灰岩矿石资源储量丰富，质地均匀，是生产建筑骨料的更好原料。项目注重环保与效率的双重提升，整体规划科学，工艺流程先进。生产线采用分段破碎、多级筛分的设计理念，确保成品骨料粒型优越、级配合理，完全符合国家建筑用砂标准。

在设备选型上，项目方选择与黎明重工合作，引进其C5X颚式破碎机、CI5X大型反击式破碎机及配套圆振动筛等核心设备。C5X颚式破碎机负责石灰石的初级破碎，其高强度机架和优化设计的破碎腔可好的处理大块原料；两台CI5X反击式破碎机进行中细碎作业，通过多腔转子结构和液压调节系统，精准控制出料粒度；圆振动筛则对破碎后的物料进行分级筛分，确保成品骨料的纯净度和均匀性。

区域经济贡献
项目的建成投产带动了当地就业和经济发展，为重庆及周边地区的基础设施建设提供了更好砂石材料保障。
未来发展规划
该项目在一期600万吨产能的基础上，已启动二期年产150万吨机制砂项目，进一步扩大生产规模和产品种类，提升市场竞争力。同时，持续推进技术创新和智能化升级，积极响应国家绿色低碳发展战略，助力建筑行业实现可持续发展目标。
